Awareness for Social Issues
Lack of awareness results into many problems. Any society or nation can not progress or more on to right direction if there is no awareness. Keeping in view the various burning issues prevailing in the nation, organization by conducting seminar and plantation programmes in the school is creating awareness among teachers and children. Other awareness and action programmes on female feticide, child labor, education, Hygiene and health awareness, Air, Water waste management, medicinal plants and traditional treatment methods etc. and also being run by the organization.
Health Awareness Programme
Healthy lives keep healthy the mind too, and a Healthy society is the basis of progress. Our society is very passive regarding fitness and health. In our country approximately 70% mortality is caused due to lake of hygiene or impurity of water, similarly due to deficiency of Iron in the body during pregnancy Mother and Child both suffers to death during delivery. Organization by conducting awareness programmes in rural areas is generating awareness among people regarding health and hygiene.We have working on this issue for a very long time, and we had come so far with resolving issue and successful work and hope to continue. Villages in our country still do not have proper health facilities. If specialist doctors like E.N.T., Surgeon, Eye, Liver, Kidney, Heart etc. can be made available at their door steps then many serious diseases can be diagnosed and treated and by getting proper consultation in time they can approach to city hospitals for their treatments with these objectives organization conducts several health camps in the remote village areas.
Environmental Programme & Research
Safe environment must be part of our life but today the environment is continuously affecting us. This is a mixture of carbonic and non carbonic element is continuously affecting us. This is a mixture of carbonic and non carbonic elements on earth which affects every living and non living on earth.
SSAR Sansthan is working seriously on the environment related issues for last 10 years because on imbalanced environment environmental is affecting our health by Air, Water and soil pollution.

Eco, Festival and Promotion Village Craft
Several festival celebrated, in India are harmful in environmental aspects like use of chemical cloours in holi, use of crackers in diwali etc. , Sansthan celebrates Holi as “Holi ke Rang Phoolon Ke Sang” and prepares natural colours with the help of Turmeric, Sandal, flowers, Mahanadi, etc. and encourages people to play with their harmless colors.
On Diwali, message is given to the people to use crackers with less noise and to use Diya (Mud pot). Beside this they were also told to prevent our rivers form being polluted by the Murti Visarjan done on Durga pooja or Sarawswati Puja etc. In this context essay writing, posters making, documentary show etc. were organized
Crazy Kids
Educational Programme
Education is Another Weapon by which every human being can fight and make his own life better and convenient in all means and needs of life. Education is an important weapon for social change. To catalyze the social change a stated and friendly equation is necessary and new techniques for the training of teachers in also needed so that practical and vocational training could be given therefore the educational pattern at present must not be limited to books only instead it should be practical based and overall development oriented for the students. Aim of SSAR educational program is to encourage the education and knowledge useful for the life to work for dropout student specially girls and to associate the government educational program like serve Siksha Abhiyan with the present educational system. Under this 25 villages of Ramnagar block of Jaunpur districts were taken in which illiterate women of age group 15-50 were selected for program of making their literate in 56 days. A group of 30 is taken in a session. With the help of laptop, Board, Books, slate and exercise book education is being provided to them this program is being conducted with the support of development alternatives New Delhi and 450 women have been mode literate till now.

Prathibha Khoj
SSAR Pratibha Khoj examination is a common intelligence test to judge the efficiency and all round development of the childrens in the classes from 3rd to Intermediate. Under talent search program this year 1230 students of 260 schools of 0 districts participated in the exam. Through this exam based on G.K., G.S., Current affairs, Environment, Computer, Science, Social science, English Hindi and Math etc. Best and talented are selected and 20 top scoring students are provided with scholarship and medal cum certificate. 2200 other students were also honored (who had scanned highest marks) at the Paradkar Bhavan, Maidagin, Varanasi.

Training Workshop & Research Programme
In the field of basic and Higher education, organization has provided training to the teaches of 15 rural areas school and 6 urban school and collge. They are explained and trained about methods of teaching, play way techniques so that students can group the things from the nature and surroundings easily.
Organization conducted following workshops for the training-
- Role of teaches in personality development
- Women education and social change
- Interrelationship in education and child rights.
- Important issues of child education
SSAR Sansthan is conducting research works on various subject for last 10 years. This year details survey was conducted in 100 villages of two districts on the subject economics condition, environmental impact and condition of employment of rural areas by the MNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Plan) and results were declared.
In another research a comparative study between two states of the social and economic status of self help groups were made in which study of the works of 500 S.H.G. was done.
This year 5 research paper of international journal of the organization have already published in which various renowned education experts of reputed universities and institutions has given their articles on research

Woman Empowerment
Woman Empowerment is an strong and important era. Because today every woman has an ability to build his own status in public and in her own life rather being depended on someone else.In 7 villages of Varanasi and 12 self help groups a training on micro finance was conducted in which production and manufacturing of Jute bags. Holi colors, Candles and paper bags were explained and raining was given. In these two months of training program they were also explained about marketing and sales of the product through video visual C.D. and other sources.

NASDEAP Programme
SSAR Sansthan organized a environment related mission NASDEAP India program (National sustainable development and environment action program) in 20 schools which is mainly for school students and village community.
Purpose for associating school children with this program is that their role for environment awareness can be a medium through which awareness could be spread in urban areas and by including rural area into it society as a whole will be made aware of it. 5000 students of 20 schools go associated with this program and people were benefitted by the program on air, water, pollution , solid waste management, rain water harvesting, vermin compost manure etc.
On the occasion of various days like Environment day, world Population day, Bio-diversity day, Ozone Day, Underground water day, Earth day, Energy conservation day, etc. Organization conducts seminar, Rally, Writing competitions, painting competitions, debate competitions etc. in order to generate awareness among children and society at large. Organization conducts approximately 25 programmes per year.

Health Sanitation & Child Nutrition Programme
SSAR Sansthan made 5350 students of 30 schools to attend for their health check up in the camp out of this normal check up to 1510 students was done and medicines were given and some of the students were reference for special checkup.
- Skill of the people related with delivery enhanced and they started to conduct the delivery process with more safety
- Rural community started to get medical facilities on time.
- Wrong beliefs and superstitions among people regarding maternity decreased
- Health related services and supplies on time like vaccines and medicines.
- Medical team organized health test at village level and they got the support from Asha, ANM and C.H.C.
Currently the self help groups (S.H.G.) C.B.O. have gives proper attention on safe maternity and hygiene and re accomplishing their duties and responsibilities properly.
Pure water is essential for our life but many rural area schools are unable to get clean drinking water. In this contest a WASH (Water and Sanitation) program was started I 10 schools under this program.
5000 students were provided special training regarding water conservation and hygiene and were made WASH ambassadors. Through games and plays they were explained the importance of it. Symbol of cleanliness Chitti/Bittu were introduced to them
Advocacy
SSAR Santhan organized different program on infant mortality, feticide, which conservation, environmental conservation and primary education to all in order to sensitize the policy makers in the various schools.
- There is change in the way of teaching and assessing of the children’s in more scientific way to provide the best possible education to the kids.
- Awareness regarding environment increases and children in the urban and rural area actively participated.
- An optimistic environment was encouraged for the girls and children’s education
- Through clean Varanasi schools children were encouraged for working for clean and safe environment.
